Clients: name, email address, phone number, home address (for service delivery), payment details (processed securely by Stripe), booking history, and any health or care-related information you choose to share with your provider.

Providers: name, email address, phone number, professional qualifications and credentials, ABN, bank account details (for payouts), availability, and identity verification documents.

All visitors: device and browser information, IP address, and usage data collected via analytics tools to improve our platform.

We collect information directly from you when you register an account, make a booking, submit a form, or contact us.

We may also collect information from third parties such as identity verification services, payment processors, and publicly available professional registers.

We use your personal information to: facilitate bookings and match you with suitable providers; process payments and payouts; verify provider credentials; communicate with you about your bookings, account, and our services; improve and personalise your experience on the platform; comply with our legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services. This includes sharing relevant booking details between matched clients and providers, and sharing payment information with our payment processor (Stripe).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Some of our services involve the collection of sensitive health information. We handle health information with additional care in accordance with APP 3 and APP 6. Health information is collected only with your consent and is used solely to facilitate the delivery of care services you have requested.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our platform uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure.

Payment card data is never stored on our servers. All card processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyse usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
