Platform and provider responsibilities

Wellaro connects clients with independent service providers. Providers are responsible for maintaining the work rights, screening, qualifications, registrations and insurance required for their services. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or any obligation or liability of Wellaro that cannot lawfully be excluded. Employment status depends on the actual working relationship and applicable law.
